Galligan finished the championship race in 24:42.7, placing first out of 73 individuals. He set the AMCC championship record time as he will continue to practice in preparation for the NCAAs.

Andy Domasky, La Roche University, Men's Cross CountryOctober 14, 2019Domasky was the Redhawks top finisher for the 5th straight invite at CMU running a season best 29:45.87 in hte 8K race, good enough for 72nd out of 110 individuals. The Freshman's progression this season has been outstanding. In his first race at the Bethany Invitational (9/7), Domasky ran a 31:48.0, at Penn St. Behrend (9/13) he ran a 32:33.7, at Chatham (9/27) he ran a 30:56.98 and at his last race at Mercyhurst (10/5) he ran a 31:17.9. Today's race was over a minute faster than his second best race this season.

Patrick Moran, D'Youville College, Men's Cross CountryOctober 07, 2019Moran had another strong race for the Spartans, taking first overall at the Meghan Memorial. Moran finished the Meghan Memorial 5k with a time of 16:46 - the fastest time of all participating runners. The next runner from a participating team finished over two minutes behind Moran. In every race this season, Moran has finished first overall for the men and he owns the records for the 5K and 8K races.

LIAM GALLIGAN, FRANCISCAN UNIVERSITY, MEN'S CROSS COUNTRYSeptember 30, 2019Galligan finished second among DIII runners and fourth overall behind only DI runners. Galligan helped the Barons to a third-place finish among DIII teams at All-Ohio Championships, their highest finish at the meet. He finished the 8K race in 25:26.1.

Liam Galligan, Franciscan University, Men's Cross CountrySeptember 23, 2019Galligan was the top DIII runner at the Notre Dame National Catholic Invitational, coming in sixth overall and just 17 seconds behind the first-place runner from Notre Dame. Galligan set a personal record in a 5-mile race with a time of 25:26.9.

Zach Wortman, Penn State Behrend, Men's Cross CountrySeptember 16, 2019Wortman led the Lions to a first place finish in the Behrend Twilight Invite. The Lions finished with a team score of 31. Wortman took home second place with a time of 27:53.6.

Liam Galligan, Franciscan University, Men's Cross CountrySeptember 09, 2019Galligan won his second-straight race of the season, finishing the Bethany College 8K in 25:58. He was the top runner out of 221 competitors. The Barons were the top DIII team, placing second only to a DII team.

Liam Galligan, Franciscan University, Men's Cross CountrySeptember 03, 2019Galligan led the Barons as he was the top overall runner at the Westminster Invitational 8K race, finishing in 24:37.39 and missing his collegiate-best by just three seconds. Galligan finished just under a minute ahead of the second-place runner.
