PLAYER OF THE WEEK: PS-Behrend OH Dillon Hildebrand led the team in kills in a pair of wins on Saturday in Chicago, as the Lions went 2-0 on the week. He tallied 21 kills (4.20 k/s), 10 digs (2.00 d/s) and eight service aces in two matches. Hildebrand posted 12 kills, four aces and three digs in a 3-0 win over Greenville and then added nine kills and seven digs vs. North Park. For the week, he hit .245 while averaging 5.9 points per set.

 

BEST OF THE REST: Geneva MB Quinn McCracken led Geneva to a sweep of Alderson Broaddus and Mount Union on Tuesday night, as he had 30 kills (3.75 k/s) in the two matches on a .393 hitting percentage, including 20 kills in the five-set victory over Mount Union, while also adding 17 digs (2.13 d/s) and six blocks (0.75 b/s) in the two matches...PS-Altoona OH Frank Perehinec was solid for the Lions against some stiff competition on Saturday against T-No. 7 Stevens and receiving votes Juniata, as he totaled 15.5 points (2.6 points per set), 14 digs (2.33 digs per set), 13 kills (2.17 kills per set), three block assists (0.50 blocks per set), two assists (0.33 assists per set), and one service ace (0.17 aces per set)...D'Youville OH/MB Dan Busha had another impressive week for the Spartans with a pair of double-digit kill performances, as he led the team with 13 kills while adding five digs, two service aces, and a block against Medaille, then tallied 10 kills with three digs in the 3-0 win over SUNY Potsdam...Medaille OH Nick Patterson had a strong week for Medaille, averaging over two kills per set, as he helped lead the Mavs to a 2-1 week with his best performance coming against D'Youville where he would total 12 kills, five digs and a block, finishing the week with 23 kills, two service aces, 16 digs and five total blocks.
