The AMCC Men's Soccer Game of the Week is a showdown for the top spot and number one seed in the men's soccer standings. The Lions and Mavericks both enter Tuesday's matchup with a 7-0 record in conference play.

Behrend hasn't allowed a goal during its last three games and was victorious in their last 10. The Lions eight shutouts are number one in the AMCC along with a 0.65 goals-against average. Behrend leads the AMCC with 18 different goal scorers this season. Senior D Cameron Eckberg leads all Lions with eight goals, five of them coming in conference action. Senior F Matthew Romesberg Jr. has registered six points in his last four games.  With a win, it would be the first regular season title for the Lions since the 2018 season.

Freshman F Ander Castillo is tied for first in the AMCC and NCAA Division III lead in goals with 22. Goalkeeper Dante Gesamondo is currently 8-0-1 with a .915 save percentage and 0.45 goals-against average. The Mavericks are riding a six-game win streak and has scored a conference-leading 52 goals this year. They are 8-1-1 in their last 10 games.

Behrend leads the series 14-12-5. The last matchup came in the 2019 AMCC title game where Behrend advanced to the NCAA Tournament with a 1-0 win. The two teams have met in the AMCC Championship the last four official seasons and 12 of the last 13.
