The Pitt-Bradford (8-6, 4-3 AMCC) and D’Youville College (7-8, 3-4 AMCC) men’s soccer teams enter the AMCC Game of the Week in fifth and sixth places, respectively, and in the thick of the playoff mix.

In their last two wins, the Spartans have outscored their opponents by the total score of 13-1 and have a 15-1 goal advantage in their three conference wins. The team’s three captains have been at the heart of the team’s success with Marco Ciccarelli, Nick Dumond, and AJ Wade leading the way. Ciccarelli and Dumond are the top two point producers on D’Youville this season. Dumond leads the team with six goals and 15 points while Ciccarelli is tied for second on the team with five goals and 13 total points. In the back, Wade is part of a mostly veteran group with juniors Matt Davis and Jake Kowalewski joining him on the back line and junior Kyle Dick in goal.

The Pitt-Bradford men’s soccer team enters the game in the midst of a record setting season. The Panthers are looking to pick up their ninth victory of the season, which will be the most games the team has won in a season since joining the NCAA in 1995. Pitt-Bradford is also on a quest for their first AMCC playoff appearance since 2011. Freshman midfielder Thomas Kelly is also looking to set a program record. His eight assists this year not only put him in a tie for the lead in the AMCC, but also tie the program record for most in a season. His 17 points in conference play also lead the conference. Sophomore forward Chase Rider has scored 10 goals for the Panthers, with seven of them coming against AMCC opponents.
