AMCC Men's Basketball Game of the Week:
Mount Aloysius College @ Franciscan University

The AMCC Men's Basketball Game of the Week features two teams battling it out for one of the final playoff spots as we enter the final two weeks of the regular season. Mount Aloysius College (10-9, 7-7 AMCC) currently sits in sixth place in conference standings, and will be traveling to Steubenville, OH on Wednesday to take on eighth place Franciscan University (7-12, 6-8 AMCC).

Mount Aloysius picked up a big win over Alfred State College on Saturday, after dropping two straight conference games before that. Guard Nate Christian leads the Mounties, and ranks fourth in the AMCC with 17.6 points per game, while Julian Stover contributes 13.9 per game. Christian's 48.7 three-point field goal percentage ranks him third in the AMCC. Forward Carlos Palacio leads his team on the boards, as he grabs 7.9 rebounds per game. 

The Barons picked up a huge win on Saturday, defeating Penn State Behrend 54-52, keeping their playoff hopes alive. Franciscan is led offensively by Sean Hickey and Matt Trent, who average 14.8 and 14.3 points per game, respectively. Trent, who leads the Barons with 7.4 rebounds per game, also drained the game-winning jumper on Saturday afternoon to lift the Barons over the Lions.
