HAMBURG, N.Y. –
Aaryonah Vaughn scored twice and
Alayna DeFazio added one goal as the Hilbert College women's lacrosse team dropped a 20-3 NEAC loss to Wells College this afternoon at Eden High School.
DeFazio found her goal less than ten minutes into the first half and Vaughn's two hits came in the second half.
Six different Express scored for Wells who out shot the Hawks 46-7.
Nicole Darrow was credited with 16 saves and six ground balls in goal while Lilly Dunmire added four ground balls as an aggressive defender in front of Darrow.
Calista Mis scooped three ground balls and won three draw controls as Vaughn led with five draw control wins.
The Hawks will turn right around tomorrow and complete their 2019 season at Eden High School when they host Cazenovia College at 1pm. Prior to the first draw, seniors

Olivia Stachowski will be honored with their families on the field.
