Behrend Volleyball Wins Twice at Wells Tournament

AURORA, NY – The Penn State Behrend women's volleyball team posted a 2-1 at the Wells Tournament this weekend. The Lions fell to Lebanon Valley 3-1 on Friday night, but bounced back to defeat Keuka 3-0 and Wells 3-1 on Saturday.

Noteworthy: 

Dani Kosslow (Pittsburgh, PA/South Park), Emily Archer (Butler, PA/Butler) and Alex Parra (Pittsburgh, PA/Bishop Canevin) were named to the All-Tournament Team

Match One
Final Score:
 Lebanon Valley 3, Penn State Behrend 1 (25-13, 25-23, 19-25, 28-26)
Records: Penn State Behrend (2-7), Lebanon Valley (4-4)

Key Moments:

* The Lions had an 8-1 lead in the second set, pushing it to 20-14 before falling by two (25-23)
* Down two sets, Behrend captured the third thanks to an ace from Kosslow, a kill from Archer and the final point by Parra
