GENESEO, N.Y. – The Hilbert Women's Soccer team suffered a 7-nill defeat to a very polished SUNY Geneseo Knights team this afternoon.

Scott MacLean is not discouraged by the loss and said "We will be a lot better for today's opportunity against a very experienced team, and we are enthusiastic to get to our film and continue to grow."

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Geneseo tallied three goals before the 20th minute and added two quick hits over a 15-second span at the start of the second half and built a 5-0 lead at 47:06.
- The Knights posted their final pair of scores in a span of five minutes mid-way through the second half for the win.

- The Hawks were outshot 41-0 and Hilbert's two goalies faced a total of 24 shots on goal.
- Tahlia Kosek was credited with eight first-half saves and Hailey Kuder closed the game making nine saves in the final 45-minutes.
