ERIE, Pa. – Penn State Behrend took over the second half and dropped Hilbert 7-0 in women's soccer tonight under the lights.  Hilbert, trailing 1-0 at intermission, gave up six more makers in the final half. 

Behrend (5-5) improved to 2-0 in league standings while the Hawks (4-5) fell to 0-2.

Behrend paced the game, holding the Hawks to one shot per half while unleashing 19 and then 20 per period. The Lions were consistent attacking the box as they forced six corner kicks per period and their defense limited Hilbert to a pair of restarts from the corner.

Jenna Castricone started the game and went just over 58 minutes collecting six saves while giving up three goals.  Making her second appearance in goal this year, Aurora Klawinski covered the final 32 minutes and was also credited with six saves, but surrendered four tallies.

The Hawks return to Hamburg for their first AMCC game.  Hilbert College is hosting is second annual TRUE BLUE / Homecoming weekend when Mount Aloysius College travels to Hamburg October 3.
