Behrend Baseball Faces Penn State Altoona in AMCC Tournament

ERIE, Pa. – The Penn State Behrend baseball team will travel to La Roche University to face No. 3 Penn State Altoona in the first game of the double-elimination Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference (AMCC) Championship Round, beginning on Thursday afternoon.

No. 2 Penn State Behrend News & Notes:

* The Lions are looking to capture their sixth AMCC Championship this weekend
* Behrend last won the title in 2013
* Last season, the Lions fell 15-11 to Pitt-Greensburg in the AMCC Semifinals  
* Behrend earned the No. 2 seed with a 12-6 conference record
* The Lions are coming off a pair of losses to Otterbein on Monday (1-0, 9-0)
