Big 2nd Half Propels Pitt Bradford

Pitt Bradford scored four 2nd half goals as they defeated Alfred State 4-0 on Wednesday afternoon.

Neither team got on the board in the 1st half but the Panthers got the offense going early in the 2nd half. Nicholas Pezo scored in the 48th minute and Chase Rider scored 2:01 later. Rider netted his second of the day in the 59th minute and Spencer Sklar capped the scoring in the 87th minute.

Bradford held a 18 to 14 shot advantage. Sihle Sizani made six saves to record the shutout for UPB.

The Pioneers are next in action on Tuesday at Hilbert. The game is slated for a 1 p.m. start.
