BUFFALO, N.Y. - The Hilbert College women's soccer team had their chance tonight to grab their first win, but two late-game D'Youville tallies prevented that from happening.

The hosts found the back of the net in twice in the final 22 minutes and improved to 5-0-1 in AMCC action (5-7-1 overall) while they held the Hawks (0-12, 0-5 AMCC) scoreless in 90-minutes of play.

Senior Lauren Lepovich and freshman Amber Stuck were credited with one shot-on-goal each as the Hawks battled in a 22-2 disadvantage in shots. 

Brianna Stegmeier added eight more saves to her career total as she set her defensive alignments in 13 corner kicks.

This Saturday, October 13, the women's soccer team will honor their six graduating teammates prior to the start of the 2pm game.  Seniors and their familes will assemble near midfield for their Senior Day announcements beginning at 1:30 pm.  Jordan Collins, Morgan McNeill and Calista Mis will join Aurora Klawinski, Ashley Iwanenko and Lauren Lepovich.  Please stop by early and cheer your Hawks on!
