Men's Volleyball Drops Home Match To SUNY Poly

Men's Volleyball hosted the SUNY Poly Wildcats for a non-conference match-up on Wednesday evening. The Express fell in this one giving them an 0-3 record to start the season. 

The Wildcats came out swinging in the first set grabbing a double-digit lead over the Express quickly. They would hold this lead and the Express was not able to counter their attacks giving the Wildcats a 1-0 set lead. In the second set, Wells jumped out to a very small lead to start but the Wildcats did not roll over. After the Express went up 5-2 the Wildcats went on a 13-4 run to grab a 15-9 lead which would be enough to carry them to victory in the second set. In the third set, Wells went back and forth with the Wildcats keeping it close at 8-7 early on. Unfortunately, the Wildcat's offense would reach a wall and drop the third set, 12-25.

Connor Gravey would add 6 kills, and Confidence Burrowes had 3. Mason Moon had 8 assists.

Men's Volleyball will be back in action Sunday when they host a Tri-Match with Penn State Behrend and Wilkes.
