PITTSBURGH, PA - Women's basketball added to their conference win streak the afternoon with an 85-40 win over the Panthers of Pitt-Bradford. 

Machia Hairston led the way for the team both offensively and defensively. Hairston recorded her second double-double of the week with 21 points, and 17 rebounds this afternoon. The senior also recorded 3 blocks and 2 assists before she ended her week. 

Following suit with a double-double of her own was Makayla Abram who netted 23 points, and fought for 11 boards. The majority of Abram's rebounds this afternoon were offensive (7). 

Jazmine Dunn was the primary reason these two saw as many made baskets as they did; the freshman ended the game with 8 assists, and 9 points to show for her hard work. 

Danajah Sanders made sure she didn't get left behind; the senior shot 50% this evening and went 2-for-2 from the foul line, for a total of 13 points. 

La Roche will be back at home this Wednesday after their long road game stretch, to take on the Pitt-Greensburg Bobcats. Tipoff is at 7 PM.
