ERIE, PA – The Pitt-Bradford baseball team couldn't decide a winner in a 15 inning thriller makeup game against Penn State Behrend.

Senior Ethan Showers (Hughesville/Hughesville) went 3-6 with three RBIs and one run scored.

The Panthers jumped out to a 1-0 lead in the fourth inning after a solo home run from Showers put the Panthers on the board.

Pitt-Bradford plated two more in the top of the sixth after RBIs from senior Connor Borowski (Bradford/Bradford) and freshman Jean Turber (Northumberland/Shikellemy) to put the Panthers up 3-0.

The Lions would answer with two of their own in the bottom of the sixth to cut the lead down to one at 3-2.

Pitt-Bradford put up four runs in the seventh inning off of five hits with RBIs from sophomore Matt Sompel (Scranton/Scranton), freshman Jay Clinger (Edinboro/Northwestern) and Showers to give the Panthers a 7-2 lead.

Penn State Behrend came back with two runs in the seventh and went on to score three runs in the bottom of the eighth to tie the game up at 7-7.
