LANCASTER, Pa. - Hilbert College opened their two-game road trip with a 18-4 North Eastern Athletic Conference loss to Lancaster Bible College this afternoon.

The Chargers improved to 2-2 and dropped the Hawks to 0-4 with five NEAC games left on the conference schedule.

Four different Hilbert players found the back of the net and Nicole Darrow was credited with 12 saves in 60 minutes.

Hilbert matched Lancaster Bible's scoring efforts in the first ten minutes playing to a 2-2 score. 

The Chargers scored four unanswered goals before the Hawks hit their third which set a 6-3 score after 15-minutes of play.

Lancaster Bible pulled away by half time having stretched their lead to 11-3. 

Hilbert struggle to advance the ball up the field as they finished with an 8 of 29 clears stat.

Calista Mis won four draw controls and scored one free position goal.

Brianna Stegmeier (goal) and Ashley Repine (3 ground balls) led the Hawks with two caused turnovers.

Aaryonah Vaughn and Alayna DeFazio scored two of Hilbert's first half goals.

The Hawks take a short break before they pick up their sticks again tomorrow in their 11:30 am game at Penn State Abington.
