GREENSBURG, PA – The Pitt-Greensburg women's tennis team, the reigning Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference (AMCC) Champions, defeated Penn State Behrend 9-0 on Saturday afternoon.

* In a rematch of the 2021 AMCC Championships, the Bobcats were victorious once again
* Pitt-Greensburg won three doubles and six singles matches to get its first win of the season
* Rachel Fleming (Saint Marys, PA/Saint Marys) defeated Cathryn Rossi in the first set 6-2 at No. 4 singles, before falling 6-0 and 10-7 in the super tiebreaker
* Erica Jasinski (Fairview, PA/Fairview) and Rachel Weber (Hampton, PA/Hampton) managed to win three set points  at No. 1 doubles
* Two-time AMCC Player of the Year Emily Ruhlman was a win in the top doubles and singles matches
