As the winter sports season comes to a close, Penn State Behrend maintains their strong lead in the Presidents Cup Standings as they hold on to a .871 percentage ranking to remain in the top spot of the conference. The Lions claimed conference titles so far this year in men's and women's cross country, men's and women's soccer, men's and women's swimming and diving, men's golf, and men's swimming and diving.

Franciscan University, with a women's tennis championship and other exemplary post-season finishes in the fall, remain in second place with a .630 percentage ranking. Mount Aloysius College, which saw runner-up finishes in women's basketball and bowling, moved into the third spot with a .594 percentage ranking
