Batrus continued to rack up digs for the Lions last week in a pair of non-conference road matches against Geneva and Elizabethtown. On Tuesday night at Geneva, the junior libero had 24 digs, and she followed that up with 22 at Elizabethtown on Thursday night. On the week, she totaled 46 digs and averaged 7.67 digs per set.

BEST OF THE REST: Alfred State OH Alayna Tomlinson tallied a team-high 17 digs on the weekend, while getting it done on offense notching 20 kills, as she recorded 12 kills and eight digs in the first game against Hartwick then followed that with a eight kill, nine dig game against SUNY Delhi...Mount Aloysius MH Emily Henry was a huge plus in the middle for Mount Aloysius, despite their losses, as she had five blocks in four sets against Penn College and added three more blocks against Penn State Harrisburg, she averaged a block per set for the week, and managed three solo blocks...La Roche DS Mackenzie Kerkan helped the Redhawks go 4-0 on the week, as she recorded 38 digs and 19 receptions against Waynesburg, then followed that the following night against Franciscan with 30 more digs and 14 receptions, she then added 24 more digs in Saturday's tri-match against Penn State Beaver and Penn State DuBois, averaging 6.13 digs per set on the week...Carlow MH Javonna Perkins tallied seven blocks to help Carlow to a 1-2 record on the the week against nonconference opponents...Hilbert L Natalie Ruhlmann once again was a defensive anchor for the Hawks, notching 102 digs in five matches in addition to 11 assists, seven aces and three kills.
