OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK: PS-Altoona OH Lacee Barnhart led the Lions' offense during a 2-1 week for her team. In Tuesday night's sweep of AMCC opponent Pitt-Greensburg, she totaled five points on five kills with a .333 attack percentage. The junior followed that up with 21.5 points on 21 kills and a block assist in the Lions' win over tough non-conference foe Elizabethtown on Thursday evening. In Saturday's loss at AMCC opponent Pitt-Bradford, she totaled 17 points on 15 kills and two service aces. On the week, Lacee had 43.5 points (4.3 points per set) and 41 kills (4.1 kills per set) while swinging at a .210 clip and chipping in three assists and two aces.

 

BEST OF THE REST: Mount Aloysius OH Molly Richards helped the Mounties to a 1-1 week, , as her biggest game of the week came in the win against Hilbert, when she had 13 kills in just 15 attempts, with one error, hitting .800 for the contest, while also adding two aces...Alfred State S/L Nayomie Ferrer Santiago recorded 98 assists, good for 8.91 assists per set, as she reached 1000 career assists in a 3-0 week for the Pioneers...PS-Behrend MH Brooke Joncas averaged 3.83 kills, registering a .388 attack percentage in a pair of shutout wins in AMCC action, as she knocked down double-digit kills in each match, while adding six digs and one block...Hilbert MB Michaela Rice earned 17 kills this week, averaging 1.55 k/s and hit at .250 pct, while also adding five aces and five total blocks...Pitt-Bradford OH Ruby Smith totaled 26 kills, three total blocks, and three digs in a 1-1 week for Pitt-Bradford, as she put down a team-high 15 kills while hitting at a .483 clip, committing just 1 hitting error in the crucial 3-1 victory over Penn State-Altoona.
