PLAYER OF THE WEEK: Pitt-Bradford OH Riley Anderson led the Panthers in the tough Ginny Hunt Kilt Classic at Wooster College, going 2-2 at the event while earning wins against Bethany and Oberlin. The Panthers also defeated Houghton earlier in the week at home. Anderson put together a big week hitting for the Panthers, logging 4.42 kills per set and 84 total. She hit at a .225 percentage and twice knocked 20 kills in a single match. In addition, she's a vital part of the Panther defense as she registered 72 total digs, averaging 3.79 digs per set. Anderson averaged 4.7 points per set on the week. 

 

BEST OF THE REST: Mount Aloysius OH Machala Gibbons broke the MAC record of kills per match with 33 total kills, while also leading her team to a 4-2 week, including the program's first win over Hood College, while averaging 3.23 kills per set and and 3.59 digs per set...La Roche OH Laura Nath averaged 3.2 kills per set as the Redhawks went 2-1 on the Week, sweeping both matches at the Clarks Summit Trimatch...PS-Behrend OH Amanda Henry averaged 2.75 kills and 1.75 digs in four matches last week, including double-digit kills in three matches, while recording a double-double with 12 kills and 14 digs against Fredonia...PS-Altoona OH Kaitlin Cassidy totaled 13 kills (1.63 kills per set), 13 digs (1.63 digs per set), nine service aces (1.13 aces per set), and 22.5 points (2.8 points per set) in two non-conference games last week, as her seven aces against Chatham was a career-high mark for her...Medaille MB Lindsey Howell played well both offensively and defensively for Medaille last week, leading the Mavs with 33 kills and six total blocks.
