FRANCISCAN SWEEPS WOMEN'S TENNIS FIRST TEAM ALL-CONFERENCE, CONRAD NAMED PLAYER OF THE YEAR

Franciscan University sophomore Madelyn Conrad has been named the AMCC Women's Tennis Player of the Year, becoming the first Lady Baron player to earn this honor. She played No. 1 singles all season and did not drop a conference match. Conrad finished the year 9-5 overall at No. 1 singles.

Medaille College freshman Jasmine Mott has been named the Newcomer of the Year. Mott went 5-3 in the number one singles slot, picking up some impressive victories throughout the season. She also won four doubles matches in the number one slot, and did so with two different partners due to injuries during the season.

Coach of the Year honors goes to Franciscan University head coach Scott Greve. Greve led the Barons to regular season and conference tournament championships. The Barons also went undefeated in conference play during the regular season and did not drop a singles or doubles set all season.
