D'YOUVILLE NAMES DASSY PAWLIK AS HEAD WOMEN'S TENNIS COACH

D'Youville College has announced the hiring of Dassy Pawlik as the new head coach of the D'Youville women's tennis program.

Pawlik comes to D'Youville as a long-time member of the United States Tennis Association. For over 25 years, Dassy has been an USTA team captain. She has participated in several local, regional and sectional championships and USTA teams, advancing to two national championships.

Dassy graduated from SUNY Buffalo with a Bachelor's in Communication. She currently works as a substitute culinary instructor at the Emerson School of Hospitality. She is currently working towards her teaching certificate.

She has lived in Buffalo her entire life. Pawlik is married to Larry Pawlik and has three children who are all grown.
