SWIMMER OF THE WEEK: PS-Altoona FR Grace Dangelo tallied three individual first place finishes in the Lady Lions' 76-40 win at home over non-conference opponent Bethany on Saturday, including setting a new women's swim team record for the fourth time this season. Dangelo took first place in the 1000 Yard Freestyle with a time of 11:11.46, which bested the previous Penn State Altoona women's swimming program record of 11:30.04. She also won the 50 Yard Freestyle with a time of 25.94, and she prevailed in the 100 Yard Backstroke by clocking in at 1:02.84.


BEST OF THE REST: PS-Behrend FR Olivia Webster was a triple winner on Saturday, leading Behrend past W&J 119-50, as she touched first in the 100 backstroke (1:11.25) and 200 backstroke (2:30.12), while helping the 200 medley relay post a winning time of 2:07.88...Franciscan SO Colleen Farabaugh won her three individual events on Saturday at Alfred St. She swam a 1:06.14 to win the 100 yard backstroke. She won the 500 yard freestyle with a time of 5:46.44, and also won the 200 yard IM with a time of 2:23.57...Alfred State FR Mikaela Snayczuk won two individual events and was part of the winning 200 medley relay team to lead the way. She won the 100 breast in 1:15.78 and the 100 free in 59.47. She was also part of the winning 200 medley relay team (2:06.50). She was also 2nd in the 200 IM (2:35.59).
