SWIMMER OF THE WEEK: PS-Altoona JR Avery Heisey had two individual first place finishes and was part of one relay first place during the Lions' split in a tri-meet with Franciscan and DII opponent Alderson Broaddus. She won the 50 Yard Freestyle with a time of 26.29, and she also prevailed in the 100 Yard Freestyle by clocking in at 57.29. Avery also combined with her teammates to win the 200 Yard Freestyle Relay with a total time of 1:48.29.

BEST OF THE REST: PS-Behrend SO Emma Webster won the backstroke events on Saturday against Alfred State, taking the 100 in 1:04.06 and touching in 2:18.03 in the 200m, both season-best times. She also swam a leg on the winning 400 free relay...Alfred State SO Mikaela Snayczuk won a pair of events, including the 100 fly (1:07.34) and the 200 IM (2:24.42) and was also second in the 200 breast (2:41.58). She was also part of the 200 medley relay team that won and set a new ASC record with a time of 1:56.61...Medaille SR Robin DeWinde took first place in the women's 200 yard freestyle event with a time of 2:32.66, as she also served as the team's anchor in the 200 yard medley relay and 200 yard freestyle relay.
