SWIMMER OF THE WEEK: PS-Altoona FR Avery Heisey had two of the Lady Lions' six total first place finishes in the team's 74-61 win at AMCC opponent Franciscan on Saturday. She won the 50 Yard Freestyle with a time of 27.91, and she later took first in the 100 Yard Freestyle by clocking in at 1:00.98.
BEST OF THE REST: Franciscan SR Katie Cunningham In the dual meet Saturday which consisted of eight individual events, Katie competed in three. First she came in 3rd in the 200 yard IM by posting a time of 2:33.53. Then she narrowly lost the 100 yard freestyle for a second place finish with a time of 1:02.40. Then in the last event of the day, she brought home a commanding six second win in the 100 yard breastsroke as she swam a 1:16.09, giving the team 16 of their 61 points.
