SWIMMER OF THE WEEK: Cabrini SR Christina Melchiorre led the Blue and White with a pair of program records in the meet at Bryn Mawr. The senior won the 1,000 yard freestyle with a time of 11:20.17, eclipsing a mark she set just a few weeks ago. Later in the meet, the senior posted a victorious time of 5:26.92 in the 500 yard freestyle, slicing more than three seconds off her previous mark set in 2015. In Friday's meet at PSU-Altoona, Melchiorre touched the wall first in both the 50 yard (25.88) and 500 yard (5:27.79) freestyle events.

BEST OF THE REST: PS-Altoona SO Eva Gerhart recorded two of her team's three first places in a loss to AMCC opponent Cabrini on Friday, coming in first in the 200 Yard Freestyle with a time of 2:13.67, and later prevailing in the 100 Yard Breaststroke with a time of 1:21.87...PS-Behrend JR Maryn Horn led the Lions in seven events over the weekend, breaking the program record in the 50 free with the third-best time of the meet (24.70), while also taking fourth in the 100 backstroke (1.02.62) and 8th in the 100 free (55.11)...Pitt-Bradford SR Elizabeth Prager finished fifth in the 400-yard individual medley in a school-record time of 5:04.81 and took eighth in the 200-yard backstroke race in 2:18.16.
