D'YOUVILLE'S DULNIAK, BEHREND'S McGUIRE HEADLINE WOMEN'S SOCCER ALL-CONFERENCE TEAM

Penn State Behrend freshman forward Brenna McGuire has been named the 2018 AMCC Newcomer and Offensive Player of the Year. McGuire led the AMCC in goals (13), points (29) and points per game (3.22). She finished the regular season ranked sixth with three assists in nine conference games. She registered three game-winning goals and recorded six multiple-goal games this season. McGuire led the AMCC overall with 15 goals and five assists for 35 points, while starting in every game. She was named the ECAC Rookie of the Month for her standout play in the month of October. 

D'Youville College senior goalkeeper Megan Dulniak capped off her career as one of the best goalkeepers in program history. Dulniak led the team in all goalkeeper statistics and was at or near the top of the conference in them as well. Overall, Dulniak led the conference in save percentage (.866), was tied for second in shutouts (6), third in saves (136), tied for fourth in wins (5), and fifth in goals allowed (21) and goals against average (1.41). However in conference games, she was first in save percentage (.935) and shutouts (6), second in saves (86), save percentage (0.66), and minutes played (813:07), third in wins (5), and fourth in goals allowed (6). In every win the team had this season, Dulniak recorded a shutout.

D'Youville head coach Jim Hesch has been named the AMCC Coach of the Year after a second consecutive AMCC semi-final appearance. Hesch led his team to a 5-2-2 conference record and the third seed in the AMCC playoffs in 2018.
