PLAYER OF THE WEEK: D'Youville G Danielle Hore had an outstanding week for the Spartans, helping lead the women to a pair of conference victories. In the AMCC Game of the Week on Wednesday, Hore nearly recorded her second triple-double of the season in the team's 75-68 victory over Penn State-Behrend. She scored 15 points with 16 rebounds, eight assists, five steals, and a block in the win. She then followed up with her second consecutive double-double in the 62-58 win over Penn State-Altoona. Hore scored 19 points with 14 rebounds, five assists, and four steals. With the two wins, D'Youville moved into third place in the AMCC standings. She played 39 minutes in both games as she currently leads the team in points, rebounds, assists, steals, and minutes per game amongst players that have played in at least 60% of the team's games. 

 

BEST OF THE REST: Medaille F Morgan Kennedy reached the career milestone of 1,000 points this week, scoring 32 points and grabbing 11 rebounds against Hilbert, and then added 20 points and nine rebounds against La Roche...PS-Altoona G/F Alexis Cannistraci continued her excellent play in a 1-1 week for the Lady Lions, as she tied her season-high in points in a big win over AMCC foe La Roche on Wednesday night, leading all scorers with 28 points for Penn State Altoona to go along with eight rebounds, two assists, two blocks, and one steal, she then followed that up with 14 points, eight rebounds, three assists, and two steals in her team's close loss at AMCC opponent D'Youville on Saturday afternoon...Hilbert G Emily Gawlak led the Hawks to another two-win week in the AMCC, as she averaged 23 points, 5.5 rebounds, 3.5 steals, and 3.0 assists per game on the week, including 30 points at Pitt-Greensburg to lead her team to a tough road win...Franciscan G Kaitlyn Sonneberger scored a career high 20 points and pulled down seven rebounds in a home loss on Wednesday to Pitt.-Greensburg, then bested her career high by scoring 21 points and grabbing six rebounds in the big win against Pitt.-Bradford on Saturday, moving into eighth all-time in points as a Lady Baron...La Roche G Ayanna Mazyck led the Redhawks in scoring and rebounding in two AMCC games last week, finishing with 14 points, eight rebounds, three assists and two blocks in a loss to Altoona, and then led LRU in a bounce back victory at home against Medaille with a team-high 16 points while shooting 50% (6-12) from the field and added five rebounds, three assists, a block and a steal...Mount Aloysius G Carly Stigers scored a career-high and game-high 25 points in a four-point loss to Penn State Behrend on Saturday, as she also added a career-high seven rebounds on the day, in addition to going 4-for-7 from three point range...PS-Behrend F Ashley Seamon was a key player in two games for the Lions this week, as she was the leading scorer against D'Youville with 13 points while posting her fifth double-double of the season by adding 11 rebounds, and then added eight points and eight rebounds in a 65-61 win over Mt. Aloysius on Saturday...Pitt-Greensburg F Shaquoia McCray hauled down double-digit rebounds in both of Pitt-Greensburg's games this past week, as she totaled 13 points and grabbed 12 rebounds to record her fourth double-double of the season against Franciscan, and then tallied four points, 13 rebounds, one block, and two steals against Hilbert in the Bobcats' lone home game of the week...Pitt-Bradford G Ashley Hall had her best offensive output of the season in two losses for the Panthers this week, as she averaged 11.5 points in the games shooting 40% from the field and making 57% from three...Alfred State G Kelsey Shaulis had a solid day as she led the team with 20 points and added six boards in a win over Bradford.
