MEN'S CROSS COUNTRY SET FOR AMCC CHAMPIONSHIP ON SATURDAY

Penn State Behrend will look to claim their eighth straight, and 12th overall, AMCC men's cross country title this weekend on the campus of Franciscan University. However, they will have to get past Liam Galligan and the Franciscan University Barons, in order to do so.

Baron runners have recorded the top six times of the season and look strong heading into the conference championship. Franciscan sophomore Liam Galligan has recorded the three top times on the season, including a 25:24 finish at the Inter-Regional Rumble on October 13 for the men's top time of the season. Senior Nick Long, sophomore Mark Borek, and senior Grady Stuckman all fill spots three through six.

Behrend freshman Zachary Tingley recorded the top time for the Lions this season, and the seventh-best in the AMCC, a 26:55 finish at the Inter-Regional Rumble.

The AMCC Championship will take place on Saturday, October 27 at Franciscan University in Steubenville, OH with the women's race beginning at 11 a.m., and the men to follow. All teams will have the opportunity to participate in the NCAA Division III Regional Meet on Saturday, November 10 hosted by DeSales University.
