TRACK ATHLETE OF THE WEEK: PS-Behrend SR Aidan Domencic was victorious in the 3000m steeplechase on Saturday, recording a time of 9:55.40 at the Westminster Invitational.

BEST OF THE REST: Carlow SR Bryan Pan led the way for Carlow by breaking his school record in the 110-meter hurdles. His time of 17.86 eclipsed his previous school record of 18.02 from April 9, 2022. He placed 17th in the event on the day. Pan also landed a personal best 5.30 meters in long jump.
