GOLFER OF THE WEEK: Pitt-Bradford JR Matt Moonan led the Panthers to a successful weekend, guiding them to a victory Sunday at Mount Aloysius. Moonan also picked up the victory of the "Mountain Valley Collegiate Classic" individual title, which combines the scores from Saturday's event at Penn State-Altoona and Sunday's action at Mount, with a combined score of 148. On Sunday, Moonan tied for first place with a score of 74, as he came out on top in a tiebreaker to take the individual medal.

 

BEST OF THE REST: PS-Altoona SO Jimmy Gillespie shot a combined 149 over two days to place second in the Mountain Valley Collegiate Classic individual standings, as he tied his career-low by carding a 75 in the PSA Invitational, and then setting a new career-best score by firing 74 to tie for first place in the MAC Invitational...PS-Behrend JR JT Kuchnicki led the men's golf team over the weekend, carding a team-low 74 on Saturday and 76 on Sunday to combine for a total score of 150 to place third for the two-day event...Medaille SR Chuck Panepinto had a pair of runner-up finishes on the week, as he fired a season best 75 to finish second at the Keuka Invitational, he followed that up with an 81 at the Medaille Invitational...La Roche SR Tyler Booher averaged 77.5 over two tournaments, tying for fourth to help La Roche to a third place finish at the Mt. Aloysius Invitational...Hilbert SR Jeffrey Morgan established a new personal best score of 77 at the Keuka Invite.
