PLAYER OF THE WEEK: PS-Altoona G Jalen Archie-Davis had a huge week for the Lions, helping his team go 2-0 in AMCC play. In Wednesday night's win over Pitt-Greensburg, he scored a career-high 23 points, dished out a season-high nine assists, and added five rebounds, two steals, and a block. Archie-Davis scored the game-winning basket with one second left on the clock in Saturday's victory over Hilbert, finishing the game with 19 points, six assists, six rebounds, and a steal. On the week, he averaged 21.0 points per game while shooting 51.9% from the field, and he also averaged 7.5 assists per game (including a 5.0 assist-to-turnover ratio), 5.5 rebounds per game, and 1.5 steals per game.

 

BEST OF THE REST: PS-Behrend F Nolan Nuara did not miss a single shot two games for the Lions this week, as he went 9-for-9 to hit a career-high 21 points to go with eight rebounds, and then was a perfect 3-for-3 for eight points against Franciscan on his way to averaging 14.5 points and 4.5 rebounds...La Roche G Zach Gould averaged 20.5 points in two conference wins last week, as he scored 23 points (4 3-pointers, 7 of 8 FT) in the Redhawks' eighteen point comeback victory over Franciscan on Wednesday, and then scored 18 points with six 3-pointers in their victory over Pitt-Bradford on Saturday...Pitt-Greensburg G Cam Seigfreid averaged 20.0 points, 4.5 rebounds, and shot over 50% from the field and three-point distance in Pitt-Greensburg's games this past week against Penn State Altoona and Medaille, which included a career-high 30 points on 10-of-12 from the floor and a career-best six three pointers at Altoona...D'Youville F Grant Beyer scored a career high 33 points against Medaille on Monday going 11-17 from the field and 6-7 from three, while also adding three boards and an assist in the game, he followed that up with three points and five assists against Penn State-Behrend, and then tallied 17 points against Mount Aloysius on Saturday...Hilbert G Hunter Martineau led the Hawks to a 1-1 record this week averaging, 16 points, 7.5 assist, and 5.5 rebounds per game, as he shot 50 percent from the field and 81.3 percent from the foul line, while also pacing the Hawks' defense with seven steals over the two games...Medaille F Meghale Ford led Medaille to a 2-0 week averagging 11.5 points per game and 4.5 assists per game...Franciscan G Sean Hickey averaged 15.0 points per game and finished the week shooting 61.1% from the floor and 83.3% from three-point range, he picked up seven steals for the week and has recorded six-straight double-digit point games...Pitt-Bradford G Reggie Rogers was the leading scorer for the Panthers this week, averaging 13 points per game while shooting 43.5 percent from the floor, while also dishing out six assists and collecting a pair of steals...Mount Aloysius F Carlos Palacio scored 12 points and grabbed nine rebounds in just 20 minutes of action in a win over D'Youville.
