Penn State Altoona enters the month of February second in the AMCC standings, holding a 9-2 conference record and a 14-5 overall record. The Lions continue to boast the top scoring offense in the AMCC, averaging a league-best 88.0 points per game while also ranking first in the conference in field goals made (591), field goal percentage (.478), three-point field goal percentage (.359), and free throws made (363). On defense, the Lions allow the second-fewest points per game (80.1) in the AMCC, have the top three-point defense (.284 opponent three-point percentage), and rank first in the conference in blocks per game (4.2) and second in steals per game (9.9).

La Roche has been shooting 47.5 percent from field goal range, and has been averaging 78 points per game. The Redhawks defense forces 10 turnovers per game, and captures five steals per game from these turnovers. There are three athletes to watch out for when attending a La Roche contest. Junior G Devon Darrell averages just over 12 points per game, shooting 49 percent from field goal range. Darrell is also not afraid to shoot a three point shot when given the opportunity, and he hits 32 percent of those. He also leads the team in assists with 3.7 averaged per game. Sophomore Joe Pipilo is one of the key players for the Redhawks and averages 30 minutes of the court per game. He nets almost 13 points per game, and runs away with five rebounds per game. The sophomore also recorded a career-high 28 points this season. Freshman F Kadyn Hannah scored 36 points in the Redhawks overtime loss on Saturday. He averages just shy of 12 points per game and shoots 61 percent in conference from field goal territory.
