Penn State Behrend senior guard Andy Niland has been named to the 2019 Division III Men's Basketball Eastern Collegiate Athletic Conference (ECAC) All-Star Team as an Honorable Mention.

Niland is earning his first ECAC accolade of his career. The point guard was also named to the All-Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference (AMCC) Team for the fourth consecutive season, landing on the first team. Niland was ranked in the Top 10 in NCAA DIII statistics in assists per game (6.2) all season, while averaging 13.5 points per game.

He became the program's all-time leader in assists and reached 1,000 career points this season. Niland scored a career-high 31 points and tied his career high for assists with 11. He finished second in all-time three pointers (241) and only needed four more to break the record.
