ERIE, Pa. – The Penn State Behrend women's volleyball team dropped pair of five-set matches on the first day of the PSB Invitational held at the Junker Center on Friday.

Match One:

Match One:

* Behrend had three players in double-figure kills
* Kristin Reiland (Fairview, PA/Villa Maria) and Keely Hering (North East, PA/North East) each tallied 13 kills, while Hannah Phillips (Pittsburgh, PA/North Allegheny)
* Cara Zollars (Pittsburgh, PA/Upper St. Clair) led with 21 digs and Dani Kosslow (Pittsburgh, PA/South Park) pushed out 27 assists to go with five digs and five aces
* Maddie Clapper (Hollidaysburg, PA/Hollidaysburg) managed 18 digs in five sets

Bluffton 3, Behrend 2 (25-21, 26-28, 22-25, 25-21, 15-13)
Records: Penn State Behrend (4-2), Bluffton (3-4)

Match Two:

* After falling in the first set, the Lions took a lead in the match by winning 28-26 in the second set and posting a 25-22 win in the third
* Phillips and Hering each tallied a double-double
* Phillips had 13 kills and 12 digs, while Hering registered 10 kills and 18 digs
* Reiland hit .500 for the match, going 16-for-32 with no errors in the match
* Clapper led the way with 25 digs
