Panthers Host Bobcats on Senior Day

Bradford, Pa. -- The University of Pittsburgh at Bradford men's soccer team will take on Pitt-Greensburg on Saturday afternoon in a crucial AMCCmMatchup. Prior to the start of the action, they will celebrate Senior Day, honoring 5 graduating players.

Spencer Sklar, Allee Williams, Austin Hogan, Scott Compson and Cooper Sunderlin will all be recognized for their contributions to the program before the game. Sklar has played 38 games for the Panthers as a forward, starting 35. He has scored 16 goals and assisted twice. Allee Williams has played 42 games, starting 15 as a midfielder and defender. He has 1 career goal. Hogan has played 41 times for the Panthers, starting 34 games on the wing. He has scored 4 career goals and registered 2 assists. Scott Compson has played 43 times for the Panthers, starting 17 games as a forward. He was a 2021 3rd team all-conference selection, scored 13 goals and assisted 6 more. Last but not least, Cooper Sunderlin has been a role player for the Panthers, playing 12 games in the midfield and defense. He has registered 2 career shots.

The Panthers come into the game 2-10 on the season with a 1-2 record in AMCC play. They are on a 3-match losing streak, falling to Hilbert 3-2 on the road in their midweek matchup. Austin Hogan and Devin Stowe scored the goals for Pitt-Bradford in the loss. Hogan, Stowe, and Spencer Sklar lead the Panthers with 3 goals each. Sklar leads the team in shots and shots on goal, with 26 shots and 17 on target. Jared Scarlett has both Panther wins, including a shutout against LaRoche. he has allowed 3 goals per game and made 64 saves on the season, with a .810 save percentage.

The game is scheduled to begin at 2:00 p.m. on the Soccer Field at the Kessel Athletic Complex. Senior Day Festivities will take place approximately 15 minutes before gametime.
