The Barons tacked on three runs in the top of the 4th, but Hilbert responded with two more runs maintaining a lead.

With a rotation in the circle, the Barons exploded with nine runs in the 5th and added eight more in the top of the 7th for the 20-8 win.

The Hawks combined for 13 hits with six different players notching two hits each.

Gabriella Bongiorno and Morgan Grosch joined Shallcross with 2 RBI and Rachel Allen struck out seven batters before handing off the game ball in the 5th.
