AMCC 25TH ANNIVERSARY THEN & NOW SERIES: ERICA BOSH, PITT-GREENSBURG

Pitt-Greensburg women’s volleyball coach Erica Bosh's roots run deep in the program. Bosh played for the Bobcats from 2014-2017 and then transitioned to the head coach shortly after. Bosh completed her fourth season as head coach in 2021. 

Bosh is in the top ten in the programs record books in service aces (87), service attempts (430), digs per set 4.19, and she is No. 1 in total digs with 1407 in 336 sets. She starred as a libero for the Bobcats and led Pitt-Greensburg to its most successful season in recent memory in 2016 including the programs most wins since 2008 and its first playoff appearance since 2009. 

Bosh majored in Criminal Justice and had minors in Psychology and Sociology in her time at Pitt-Greensburg. Bosh’s full-time job is currently at Family Care For Children & Youth Inc. in Greensburg. 

Overall, Bosh has been a part of 28 wins in the Bobcats program and continues to have a positive impact on the student-athletes. 

 

The Then & Now Series is part of the Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference’s 25th anniversary, where the conference will be recognizing current AMCC coaches and/or athletic administrators who are former AMCC student-athletes. The Then & Now Series will run every Tuesday throughout the academic year.
