BEHREND TAKES EARLY LEAD IN PRESIDENTS CUP RACE AFTER FALL SPORTS SEASON

With two fall sport championships under their belt, and strong finishes in other sports, Penn State Behrend once again starts off the year with the lead for the AMCC Presidents Cup title. The Lions claimed AMCC crowns in men's and women's cross country, while also finishing as runners-up in women's tennis, men's and women's soccer, and women's volleyball. They collected 40.3 points out of a possible 47 total, for a league-high percentage ranking of 0.856.

With a conference title in men's golf, and semifinal appearances in women's soccer and volleyball, Penn State Altoona holds down the second spot with a 0.676 percentage ranking. Hot on the Lions' heels is Alfred State College, earning their first-ever AMCC women's volleyball title and posting a 0.656 percentage ranking, good for third place after the fall sports season.
