The Lions held on to their strong lead, accumulating a .870 winning percentage after claiming conference titles in the sports of men's and women's soccer, cross country, and swimming/diving, men's golf, and softball. Behrend has won the Presidents Cup 16 out 17 years the award has existed.

La Roche College finished in the runner-up position with a .643 winning percentage after picking up championship titles in women's basketball and baseball, along with second place finishes in men's basketball and golf.

Rounding out the top three with a .633 winning percentage was Penn State Altoona, which claimed the men's volleyball title and had successful seasons in several other sports throughout the year.

The Presidents Cup is awarded annually to the team with the highest percentage of points earned based on a combination of the highest number of points possible in sports which the conference sponsors a championship.
